Warm up with a cup of tea at Locals Café

Although the rain has stopped, we still feel particularly excited to cosy up with a warm cup of tea. Guaranteed to brighten up your mornings, this pet-friendly cafe displays secondhand books for you to enjoy over a coffee and croissant. The library is run by the Monochrome Bookstore and guests can buy the books to give them a second life. Open from 7am, the menu features dishes such as grilled sandwiches, avocado on toast, and freshly bakes cookies.

Attend the highly-anticipated Red Sea Film Festival

Film lovers, the second edition of Red Sea International Film Festival is here. Taking place from Tuesday, December 1 to Saturday, December 10, Saudi’s first international film festival returns to Jeddah for the second edition, at the Ritz Carlton hotel. Those who wish to attend the cinema event can apply for a gold pass online for SAR480, which includes access to four film screenings per day.
