Four Seasons hotel and residences to open in Jeddah in 2024

Four Seasons Jeddah will be the brand’s third property in Saudi Arabia… 

The Kingdom is getting another luxury Four Seasons hotel to join their sleek city property in the capital, Riyadh, as well as the highly-anticipated Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah. Set to open in 2024, the hotel, located in Jeddah corniche, will comprise of both hotel rooms and private residences.

Overlooking the idyllic Red Sea, the hotel will feature 269 luxurious guest rooms and suites, 21 serviced apartments for short and long-term stays, and 64 private residences including two penthouses.

The serviced apartments will be available in two and three bedrooms while private residences will range from one to five bedrooms.


Designed by world-renowned Richmond International, the accommodations will include expansive living spaces for families, tranquil spa-inspired bathrooms, and marble-clad interiors throughout.

Guests and residents can expect a number of high-end amenities including restaurants with outdoor terraces, swimming pools, gym, spa, kids’ club, event space, and more.

Plus, homeowners will have exclusive access to a private resident’s lounge, valet service, outdoor terrace, and fitness centre.

The Four Seasons Jeddah is located within close proximity to key business hubs, the historic Al-Balad, the shopping district, and the Formula One street circuit, giving tourists and residents a perfect base to explore the up-and-coming corniche district.

Working alongside the Four Seasons, Razan Sebai of Saudi-based investment firm Midad Real Estate adds, “as Jeddah emerges as a global destination for both business and leisure tourism, the arrival of Four Seasons to the Corniche ushers in a new level of luxury and prestige, signalling the bright future that lies ahead for this dynamic destination”.

Alongside the Four Seasons, Jeddah is set to see a number of exciting openings in the near future including Jeddah Edition located within the yacht club, and the Rixos Obhur Jeddah situated on the scenic Obhur Bay.
