Riyadh, there’s a new destination to check out, as Via Riyadh is now officially open.
Via Riyadh is a luxurious new address where you can check-in to a five star hotel, shop your way around 20 stylish, visit a first-of-its-kind cinema and dine at some of the world’s finest restaurants. Via Riyadh will also be home to a theatre for live events, the first of which will take place on Tuesday May 18 when beloved Saudi singer Abdul Majeed Abdullah inaugurates the new live music venue.
While this emporium of luxury experiences may be all about modern luxury, there’s an air of local heritage to it as well. Salmani architecture influenced the stunning design of Via Riyadh, ensuring it still reflected the local identity of the Saudi Capital.
For now, only some offerings at Via Riyadh are welcoming guests, with the rest set to follow in the coming months.

Hotel
The only hotel in Via Riyadh will see the arrival of The St. Regis Riyadh, slated to open in September 2023. The 83-room new hotel will include 23 suites, two signature restaurants, an outdoor pool, a fitness centre, and a spa. Expect the brand’s signature hallmarks and traditions, including its bespoke butler service and avant-garde style.

A collection of 17 restaurants will give Riyadh’s foodies an array of new options, with something for all tastes available. Among the globally renowned names making their Saudi debut at Via Riyadh will be Bianca, a famed LA restaurant and bakery offering a menu influenced by the owners’ global roots; Spago, the flagship restaurant of celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck; Paris’ celebrity hotspot, Ferdi; and a trio of iconic London venues, Sexy Fish, Gymkhana and Scott’s.
Elsewhere, Via Riyadh will be home to a collection of cafes including Over Under, cafe Elle, Joan’s on Third and upscale casual dining concepts chi Spacca, Les Deux Magots, YAKINIKUMAFIA, Raoul’s and ManuH Cigar Lounge. Completing the culinary line-up will be Mercato, a food hall where diners will be able to feast on cuisines from across the globe.

Shops
The impressive collection of over 20 stores will all be of a luxury pedigree. These includes fashion brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Elie Saab and Tom Ford, plus footwear brand Aquazzura. Then there will also be a Chaps & Co barbers, Jacques La Coupe beauty salon a selection of jewellery boutiques and a designer florist.
Via Riyadh will also be home to VIA Collection by Seven, an exhibition of some of the most sought after and valuable automobiles from across history.
Cinema
Those wanting to check out the latest blockbuster can look forward to seeing a film in one of seven unique cinema experiences at Via Riyadh’s Renaissance Theatre. The most luxurious will be the ‘Avant Garde’ cinema, where guests can recline on plush beds while watching a movie. Other cinemas include Interstellar, a groundbreaking cinema experience that uses cutting-edge technology, the relaxed Oasis screen, the vintage-style Orient Express cinema, the Wall Street Cinema, the Tuwaiq cinema and the Secret Garden cinema.
