According to a Saudi Gazette report, under the recently approved framework, international trainees will be granted training visas in compliance with a set of approved regulatory arrangements, offering a structured route for foreign nationals to take part in training programmes throughout the Kingdom.
The new visa forms part of Saudi Arabia’s broader efforts to attract international talent, develop workforce skills and support the objectives of Vision 2030 through regulatory and economic reforms. The latest measures underscore Saudi Arabia’s approach of creating new opportunities for international talent through streamlined visa pathways.
More about the new package visa
According to the Saudi Gazette, travellers must book an approved holiday package through one of the Ministry of Tourism’s authorised travel agencies. At present, only Reserval and Almosafer are accredited to provide this service.
Once the booking has been completed and paid for online, the Visa Package, including travel insurance and all necessary travel documents, is issued electronically within 48 hours and sent directly by email.
