There's an Elvis exhibition happening in Riyadh right now

Elvis is in the building…

The King of Rock and roll is here in Riyadh right now. Elvis: Direct from Graceland Riyadh exhibition has officially landed.

The exhibition is being put on by the Ministry of Culture (MOC) at The Arena Riyadh Venue for Exhibitions until Monday March 20.

Immerse yourself in the life of one of the most popular singers of all time…

You can check out the uber-cool exhibition in Riyadh from 4pm to 11pm every day. The event is divided into multiple areas each detailing a different aspect of the massive singer’s life. These include “Before Elvis,” “Heartbreak Hotel,” “Tupelo” and of course “Graceland.”

When you walk into the exhibition, you’ll be given a pair of headphones and a handheld device with all the audio tape tours of the many different sections. They also include audio-to-film tapes from some of Elvis’most popular performances and songs along with scenes from the 31 movies he starred in.

The event will lead you through Elvis’ life from childhood right up until the height of his fame through personal belongings, merchandise, and letters from adoring fans as well as public figures from the time.

You’ll be seeing items from Elvis’ personal collections such as guitars, checks written by star, wallets, perfumes and of course his on-stage outfits, too.

Towards the end of the exhibition, you can actually even leave an autograph for the star on one of the boards.

Tickets for the event are on sale now and cost SAR75 for entry and SAR100 for a VIP ticket. You can book your spot here.

The hugely famous American singer and actor gained international success throughout his career and still continues to be a household name throughout the world and Saudi is no different.

We “Can’t Help Falling In Love” with the whole concept.
