A brand new Four Seasons Resort is set to open at The Red Sea

It will be located on Shura Island, stretching across 200 kilometres of stunning coastline along the Kingdom’s western coast…

Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise the idyllic natural islands and lagoons situated on the west coast of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh.

By 2030, it will be home to 50 hotels, 8,000 rooms, up to 1,000 residential properties and its own dedicated airport, currently under development. And joining an impressive line-up of already-announced hotels at The Red Sea is a brand new Four Seasons Resort.

The resort will be located on Shura Island – the hub of the development and also home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail stores, an 18-hole golf course and more.

And with all Four Seasons brand, the Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea will have the best of everything: luxury, a great location, and family friendly.

Designed by Foster + Partners, the Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea will have 149 rooms and suites, all of which will include unobstructed coastline views and crystal-clear waters. There will also be six restaurants and lounges, an on-site marine discovery centre, and meeting and event spaces.

Guests will also enjoy the exceptional resort facilities, including tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two beaches for families and adults-only, respectively – perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs. Or treat yourself to a full-service spa treatment with a hammam, among other relaxation-driven offerings.

The kids will also be kept entertained at the dedicated ‘Kids For All Seasons’ space, which will be packed with activities so you can relax in peace.

Slated to open in 2024, we can’t wait to embrace the tranquillity offered by the surrounding sun, sand and beach at the Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea.

“As we continue to expand Four Seasons’ presence in the region, our new project in the Red Sea will be one of our first resorts in the Kingdom, blending the best of beachside travel with the natural and cultural wonders of Saudi Arabia,” says Bart Carnahan, President, Global Business Development and Portfolio Management.

“This new destination provides the next generation of travellers with an incredible opportunity to discover what Saudi Arabia has to offer, building on its historical and cultural significance, while highlighting the exceptional natural beauty of the region,” says John Pagano, Group CEO of Red Sea Global. “We are thrilled to have Four Seasons as a partner on this project, bringing their world-renowned service expertise to the beautiful Red Sea.”

This latest project in The Red Sea will join Four Seasons’ growing collection of properties in the Kingdom, including Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre and upcoming projects in Riyadh’s Diriyah and Jeddah at the Corniche, with more to be announced soon.
