A Hampton By Hilton hotel is coming to NEOM soon
Staycations galore over at NEOM…
NEOM is set to have yet another amazing hotel situated in the spanning 26,500 square kilometres giga-project. A Hampton By Hilton NEOM has just been announced.
According to Arab News, Canyan Group just signed a development agreement with NEOM, to fund the hotel. Construction is being held by BEC Arabia and the hotel is expected to be up and running by the end of 2023. The hotel is going to be the first to be fully funded by the private sector.

The hotel will be 201-key and is set to be built over an area of 8,200 square metres. Egypt-based Sabbour Consulting will be designing Hampton By Hilton NEOM. The hotel’s flexible design will be centred on sustainability by using energy-efficient systems.
Ahmed Alhatti, chairman of Cayan Group, said: “We are excited to become part of the visionary and unique project that is NEOM and to be taking this step together with our globally recognized and respected partners Hilton Hotels and Resorts and BEC Arabia. The leadership of Prince Mohammed bin Salman, crown prince and prime minister, has supported the private sector through such projects.”
Set to be developed by none other than one of the most successful real estate developers in the Middle East, Cayan Group, the new hotel will be located at the NEOM Community.
Hampton by Hilton is an American chain of moderately priced budget hotels founded by Hilton Worldwide. There are currently multiple locations of the chain including Madrid, Dubai, and Istanbul.
