Aman set to open two ultra-luxury hotels in Diriyah

The two hotels will join Aman’s portfolio of 34 hotels worldwide…

Saudi Arabia’s future hotel scene is looking incredibly exciting, with new names popping up across the Kingdom and over 32 world-renowned hotel brands coming to Diriyah alone.

Now, we can add two more to that list as Aman Group will open two luxurious hotels in the historic destination: Aman Wadi Safar and Janu Diriyah. The two hotels will be joining the three new Aman hotels opening in AlUla with AlUla Hegra set to open by 2025.

Aman Wadi Safar

Located in the jaw-dropping beauty of Wadi Safar, the Aman Hotel will be designed with traditional mud-brick architecture within the wadis and plateaus of Wadi Safar. The hotel promises 78 rooms, 34 branded residences, a spa, and restaurants.

Janu Diriyah

Janu Diriyah will be located close to the UNESCO Heritage Site of At-Turaif, regarded as one of the country’s most important heritage sites and a symbol of Saudi identity. Just 15 minutes away from Riyadh’s centre, the hotel will feature 120 rooms, a Janu wellness offering, and restaurants.

Vlad Doronin, chairman and CEO of Aman Group, told Business Traveller, “This announcement marks a continuation of Aman Group’s commitment to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When I first visited the country, it made an immediate and lasting impression upon me owing to its rich heritage and culture, as well as exceptional landscapes.”

“Aman Wadi Safar and Janu Diriyah will build upon Aman Group’s existing pipeline of properties in Saudi Arabia and reinforce our strategic vision to offer our clients the opportunity to experience the breadth of this fascinating, previously undiscovered country with journeys that encompass city experiences, remote desert landscapes and UNESCO World Heritage Sites.”

Although no completion date has been given as yet, we’re already excited to check in.
