Ramadan is almost over and you know what that means, there are so many Ramadan events in Riyadh to check out.

Whether you’re in the market to prep your iftar outfits or look for inspiration on how to best close out the month, we’ve got you covered. Here are the top Ramadan events in Riyadh you can check out now.

Iftar and Suhoor

Courtyard by Marriott

At Courtyard by Marriott, you can enjoy several Iftar options at the Seven Restaurant. You can try out an iftar buffet with traditional favourites like pasta, shawarmas, mixed grills, and traditional Arabic desserts. There’s also an “Iftar Under The Stars” experience if you’re after a more VIP terrace dining experience on the top floor.

Nofa Riyadh

Nofa Riyadh, a Radisson Riyadh Collection hotel is going to be open for a delicious Iftar and Suhoor experience. The meal can be enjoyed either indoors or outdoors. For the kiddos, there will also be an entertainment centre full of activities.

If you’re a traditional feast for iftar, you can head down to Le Méridien. The venue serves all sorts of savoury and sweet treats. The decor is stunning, and the ambience is calming, plus there’s a whole dedicated corner for sweets.

The Boulevard

Located in Hittin, The Boulevard classifies itself as a place of entertainment and social interaction. For Ramadan, the complex will be putting on a market across 12 days divided into three sectors. The first part of the market will be held from Tuesday March 28 to Friday March 31, the next part is from Saturday April 1 to Tuesday April 4, and lastly from Wednesday April 5 to Saturday April 8. Harvey Nichols Ramadan Caravan

From Wednesday February 15 and until Tuesday April 25, there will a fun Ramadan caravan in Mode Mall’s Harvey Nichols in Riyadh. You can shop for local brands like Mashael Al Torath, Chi-ka Collection, Haifa Al Megren, and more.

Ramadan Season 2023

Tents are a popular affair in Riyadh when Ramadan rolls around. This year Hilton Riyadh Hotel and Residences is bringing back the Amara Ramadan Tent. At SAR375, you and the gang can enjoy a spread of traditional and international dishes. You can dig into shawarma, pizza, and carving of Lamb Ouzi and Jordanian Mansaf. Fawanees Experience at Al Faisaliah Hotel

After a lavish iftar experience? Head over to Prince Sultan Grand Hall at Al Faisaliah Hotel. The Iftar will feature Arabic classics and international favourites. There will also be live cooking stations as well as hot and cold Ramadan beverages.

Kingdom Ballroom Ramadan Tent at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh

Elegantly designed with arabesque accents, the Kingdom Ballroom tent at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is one of the more luxurious venues to celebrate iftar or suhoor. Expect a grand ambience adorned with white and gold accents and traditional-inspired ornaments, an impressive buffet selection, and impeccable service. The hotel’s culinary team, led by Senior Executive Chef Lucas Glanville, will provide guests with authentic local flavours, including a menu with over 100 recipes showcased in seven different culinary islands. Traditional delights include authentic Saudi ouzzi, chicken kabsa, jareesh, Lamb qursan, succulent grills from a Josper charcoal oven, Asian specialities such as poke sushi cups, sourdough pizza from a pizza stone oven among others, as well as desserts such as Kunafa, gelato and a chocolate fountain.

Siraj Tent  and Bab Al Qasr by The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh

For iftar, you can head out to the Siraj tent by The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh. At the buffet, there will be live cooking stations and international and local food in the ballroom. And the kiddos will be well taken care of at the dedicated children’s area. As for Bab Al Qasr, the Iftar tent will be serving international and local food, with live cooking stations. For suhoor, there will be Ramadan dishes and Saudi food in the outdoor area next to the gardens.
If in Jeddah, you can check out the Bab Al Bahar tent for a buffet of international and local food and live cooking stations available with indoor and outdoor seating

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya’s Ramadan Tent, The Loulou’a, is back with a new and elegant look. The design pays homage to Arabesque design while the menu has a buffet selection of dishes from Saudi Arabia, the Levantine region, Morocco, and Egypt, as well as European and East Asian favourites. There are also live stations with charcoal tea and a grill corner on offer.

Ramadan tent by JW Marriott Riyadh

If you’re after a place to enjoy a lavish iftar, the Ramadan tent at JW Marriott will have a buffet featuring a wide selection of traditional Saudi Arabian fare as well as Lebanese, Moroccan, Indian, Asian and global cuisine. At SAR395, you can also check out live cooking stations serving flavoured mixed grill and Shawarma stations too.
