This cool new lifestyle hotel is coming to Jeddah

Earth Hotels also plans to bring a stylish residence block to Riyadh…

The ever-expanding hotel scene in Saudi Arabia is impossibly exciting, with an array of global names, homegrown brands and new offerings popping up across the Kingdom. Among them is Earth Hotels, a new brand of experience-led hotels, which has unveiled plans for a new design-centric property in Jeddah.

On the city’s sun-drenched coast, the jaw-dropping Earth Jeddah Waterfront is a visual masterpiece of modern design. A futuristic amalgam of blocky squares and glass panels, this modern iteration of urban living will welcome guests from the third quarter of 2025.

Inside, guests will check-in to one of 140 rooms, and be able to enjoy a vibrant mix of social, dining and workspaces. At the heart, an Earth co-working and digital content zone will be the perfect space for digital nomads to get creative.

There will also be an impressive array of wellness facilities, that will extend beyond the regular weights and fitness machines. To cater to the wellness-conscious traveler, there will also be an outdoor activity zone, cryotherapy and float therapy.

The Earth ethos is all about offering memorable, meaningful experiences, with a sustainable edge, so expect the unexpected when this brand makes its Jeddah debut in 2025.

Residences in Riyadh

Alongside a hotel in Jeddah, Earth Hotels has announced Earth Living, a boutique urban residence project, for Riyadh. Slated to open in early 2026, the 85-key residences will be a blended hotel and living concept, creating a space for residents to work, live, relax and connect.

Earth Hotels around the region

Before the duo of properties in Saudi Arabia, Earth Hotels will bring experiential resorts to the lush Abu Dhabi mangroves and sun-soaked shores of Ras Al Khaimah. Both hotels are targeting a 2025 opening.

For their very first hotel, Earth Hotels will premier in Porto, Portugal, with a 49-key city pad right in the heart of the action.
