Jeddah's Kuuru is coming to Riyadh super soon

The Japanese eatery is coming to town…

We don’t know about you, but here at What’s On, we adore Japanese food. And the city has tonnes of incredible options, and we’re about to get another amazing one. Kuuru Riyadh is coming by soon.

A staple in the Jeddah dining scene, Kuuru prides itself on being a true Nikkei experience. Blending together flavours of Peru and Japan, the Riyadh branch is set to be nestled in a food meets business atmosphere over in King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).

The restaurant is known for its vibrant and colourful dishes served in a fine dining ambience. The menu combines the ancient Japanese cooking technique of robata grilling with a contemporary flair.

The brand calls itself Jeddah’s most unique Nikkei bar where you can catch the chefs in action producing inventive nigiri, hand-rolls, ceviche and more.

We’re expecting to see popular menu items like chicken panca truffle, black cod criollo and tiger shrimp anticuchero in the capital too.

The Red Sea City venue also has a gorgeous bar for the host of amazing mocktails and mojitos made in-house by the experienced bartenders on hand, so we’re expecting some great food, drinks and vibes at the new Riyadh location too.

And while official dates for the Riyadh outpost are yet to be revealed, it’s high on the list of anticipated openings in the city so keep an eye on What’s On Saudi Arabia for any updates.
