We had big news in Saudi Arabia this week, French football star Karim Benzema officially signed on as an Ittiihad Club player. And now the Karim Benzema Ittihad Club unveiling is taking place today – and you can get tickets right now.
Happening in the Saudi Pro League Club’s home city of Jeddah, at King Abdullah Sports City, the reception starts at 8.45pm on Thursday June 8 (today). And did we mention that tickets are free?

The announcement was made on Tuesday June 7 in the evening on the Ittihad Club socials. The 25-time trophy-winning star will join the Saudi Pro League champions Ittihad Saudi Club starting July 1 2023 on a three-year contract which will last until 2026.
The star flew into Jeddah last night greeted by adoring fans. And if you missed the airport meeting, no worries. You can see the top-tier footballer in person too, in yellow in front of thousands of jubilant fans, ushering in the start of a new era of the club and league’s history tonight.

Managed by Portuguese football manager and former footballer Nuno Espirito Santo, Ittihad Club is considered one of the most successful Asian clubs at the domestic and regional level having won AFC Champions League title twice in a row.
