The 24-hour Wizz Air Eid flight sale is now on, with fares from SAR75

Last-minute deals can see you getting bargains to destinations such as Vienna, Sicily and Bucharest…

Looking for a last-minute flight? With the increasing demand for travel during the Eid Al Adha holiday this week and summer just on the horizon, many have probably started the search for suitably affordable last-minute trips abroad.

From spontaneous getaways to last-minute holidays with friends and family, organising such trips is often easier said than done. After all, the excitement of researching a destination can quickly dissipate after visiting every airline and tour operator’s website to compare flights and accommodation costs on different days for different destinations.

So, when Wizz Air, the fastest-growing European ultra-low-cost airline, suddenly announces an exciting promotion with 20 per cent off selected flights from and to Saudi Arabia, it’s definitely worth checking out.

The sale begins at midnight (00:01 June 26) and will end tonight at 11:59pm (June 26, 2023) and applies for travel dates until Saturday September 30.

Vienna

At the moment, you can book a trip to Vienna (Austria) for under SAR75, with direct flights leaving from Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport.

Other destinations with deals include Sofia (Bulgaria), Larnaca (Cyprus), Budapest (Hungary), and Bucharest (Romania), as well as Sicily, Milan, Naples, Rome and Venice (Italy).

Those flights can be purchased now on the wizzair.com website, and they’re all based on one-way fares with minimal luggage. However, there are still affordable priced returns to be had across the network.

Click, book, change your mind about your flight? Thanks to WIZZ Flex, passengers can cancel their flight up to three hours before departure without any fee and receive 100 per cent of the fare immediately reimbursed in airline credit.
