A brand-new stand-up comedy festival is happening in Riyadh right now

There will be 50 shows…

If you’re into standup comedy, tonnes of jokes, and just fun nights out, this event is definitely right up your alley. Riyadh Laughs is bringing by an incredible lineup of shows our way, brace for big giggles at these gigs.

Organised by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, the shows will be happening every weekend at Muvi Cinema in Boulevard Riyadh City.

The 50 shows will be happening every Thursday, Friday and Saturday right up until November 11. The standup comedian lineup features a diverse selection of local, international, and regional talents. Confirmed comics for the five-month event include the renowned Shaker AlShareef, the hilarious Lama Alfard, the witty Twab Adly, the talented Ziyad Saleh and Barakat Al-Asiri.

While announced international acts include Ken Garr, Julian Dean and Dana Alexander performing on Friday July 28 and Saturday July 29.

The full lineup for each week will be revealed across the many weeks, so keep an eye out for the announcements.

Tickets for the massive event have gone live already, and start SAR175 for standard seating. You can book your spot here.

Also on at Boulevard Riyadh City right now is the world’s largest esports festival ‘Gamers8: The Land of Heroes’ which features elite esports tournaments, live concerts, and more than 1,000 activities and attractions, making it a summer season that has a little something for basically everyone.
