You’ll feel like a superwoman after you visit Pulse Studios, as the female trainers are all about empowering women. Each class has an innovate take on exercise, as they often mix techniques from different disciplines. Classes include hiit aerial yoga (which combines a hammock with stretches), tabata boxing (which combines a high intensity workout with the sport) and ballet hiit (which combines ballet with fat burning exercises). If you’re looking to bring little ones, there are kids’ classes, for example pulsi fly for six to 12-year olds.

Pulse Studios KSA, U Shape Center, Jeddah, Sun to Wed 8.30am to 9.30pm, Thu 8.30am to 8 am, Fri to Sat 9.30am to 2pm. Tel: (0)55 503 4104. @pulsestudiosksa

Grab some street food

It’s unassuming but it’s one we can guarantee the locals love. Whether you’re there for lunch or dinner, the menu is small but the flavours that the items pack are mighty. Classic kebabs, sandwiches and of course coffee to boot.
