A 111-year-old Parisian Benoit bistro is coming to Riyadh

It’s the brand’s first location in the Middle East…

The Riyadh dining scene has been steadily welcoming some of the most incredible restaurants from all over the world. Be it fine-dining venues like Scott’s or more chill restaurants like Thai Soi, the city’s got foodies covered. And casual upscale spots like an old-time French bistro Benoit Riyadh are always a welcome addition.

There is no other place as bistro-like and Parisian as Benoit, a contemporary French bistro by Alain Ducasse. And we’ll soon be able to immerse ourselves in the vibe of a genuine Parisian bistro in KAFD.

The original Parisian Benoit began when Benoit Matray bought in 1912 and named it after himself, in 1961 his grandson succeeded as the head of Benoit. In April 2005, the family decided to sell Benoit to Maison Ducasse. Ducasse then gave the brand international visibility by opening a Benoit bistro in Tokyo in September 2005, and one in New York in 2008.

Expect a warm and comfortable atmosphere and see traditional French bistro elements, such as signature red velvet banquettes, a lighter colour palette, and delectable French cuisine that blends beloved classics with modern inspiration.

As the famous slogan goes: “Chez toi, Benoit, on boit, festoie, en rois.” (At your place, Benoit, we drink, feast, like kings).
