A brand-new Kimpton Riyadh property is coming to KAFD
The hotel opens next year…
We already know Riyadh is no stranger to incredible hotel openings, and we’re gearing up to welcome yet another fabulous one in business hub King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). Following the Renaissance Hotel announcement, we’re also getting a Kimpton Riyadh in the area.
The Riyadh venue is set to offer a personalized luxury experience. Bringing a slice of its signature style to the Kingdom, the brand already has successful outposts in multiple countries including the United States, France and Scotland.

The new hotel is set to open its doors in June 2024, the 212-key Kimpton Riyadh will mark the first venue by the luxury brand in the region.

The venue aims to be the perfect blend between work and play. With a prime location in KAFD (Riyadh’s new business hub), and a promise to bring by tonnes of dining and leisure options, it’s safe to say the hotel will not just be for business travellers.
Kimpton Riyadh will be bringing five dining options to guests, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a lobby lounge, a lobby living room cafe and a pool bar with mezzanine seating. There will also be a terrace, a health club, and an outdoor swimming pool.
