Known for its classic “open kitchen” concept meets traditional French cuisine, here you can enjoy gorgeous dishes created right in front of your eyes. Watch on as the chefs use their finely honed skills to transform the finest of ingredients into stunning creations right before you.
Created by Chef Joël Robuchon and now managed by JR International, the restaurant has branches all over the world like Dubai, Geneva, Hong Kong, Miami, and Tokyo, and now a Riyadh one is coming soon too, we’re sure it’s going to be just as good (if not better) than the global locations.

The venue will be designed in the distinct Joël Robuchon style, so expect the brand’s signature red and black colour scheme and a menu that will revolve around seasonal ingredients. We’re looking forward to fresh flavours and delicious dishes.
Besides the course menus, there will be an extensive range of a la carte menu items, allowing you to enjoy Robuchon’s modern French cuisine by combining these small dishes freely according to your feelings on that particular day.
