The BIG festival is back…

And just like that, it’s time for Riyadh Season 2023. And this year the major festival is set to return next month, and here’s everything we know so far.

Happening on Saturday October 28, Riyadh Season will open with a massive ceremony and is set to feature globally renowned artists. It will be followed by the largest and first event of its kind, the Riyadh Season Belt match, held between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou.

The opening ceremony will take place in a newly constructed Boulevard Hall which is set to be an exceptional 200,000 square metre multi-purpose building constructed in under 60 days (yes, you read that right).

The new identity and logo have been announced, and for 2023 the festival will be held under the theme ‘Big Time.’ The new logo highlights six months of the year in vibrant colours. The visual showcases the exuberant events that are to follow within this period of the year for the new season.

The season will also welcome more than 35 international shows and concerts featuring top-tier artists from all over the world.

Riyadh Season 2023 will also be welcoming exhibitions like Ana Arabiya, Riyadh Toy Festival, Dogs Festival, Riyadh Car Show, the ConCon Conference, and the Riyadh Season Football Cup featuring local clubs like Al Hilal, and Al Nassr and a global club too.

Foodies, listen up. The capital will also be welcoming more than 100 food trucks from around the world including New York, London, and Tokyo, so get ready to munch on some tasty treats.

The season will also launch an all-new treasure hunt combining virtual and actual reality, the prize will be one of the largest in the world. We’re talking nearly SAR6,000,000.
