Carbone Riyadh is set to open its doors this week

The venue has a history of catering to the stars…

In the past year, Riyadh has welcomed a ton of exciting, globally renowned venues, including the likes of Wagyumafia, Scott’s, and Flamingo Room, among others. And now, six months after the initial announcement, Carbone Riyadh officially opens its doors in Riyadh this week.

Carbone is set to open its doors in the capital on Wednesday November 1, and reservations are already open on Seven Rooms.

Known for its star-studded clientele, and its unique take on American-Italian cuisine, Carbone is inviting you to enjoy an experience that pays homage to New York’s Italian-American restaurants from the mid-20th century. The food nods to that same history but takes culinary cues from the great talents and techniques of the present and future

Catering to the likes of megastars like Rihanna and the Biebers, the restaurant was created by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick and first opened its doors in 2013 in New York.

Crowd-favourite menu items include seafood salad, linguini vongole, lobster fra diavola, chicken scarpariello and veal parmesan elevated to a new level.

When it comes to the interiors, we’re expecting the classic details that most Carbone spaces have in common, including accents like Murano chandeliers and Malachite ceiling beams, complete with emerald green and terracotta hues all over the venue.

Carbone Riyadh is set to be situated inside the gorgeous Mansard Riyadh, a Radisson Collection Hotel. Combining European designs with incredibly renowned Arabian hospitality just a short distance from the business hub King Abdullah Financial District, Carbone is set to fit right in.

Carbone, Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel, opens Nov 1, daily 7pm to 12.30am. @carbone.riyadh
