Witness some of the best female golfers in the world battle it out

Think golf is purely a gentlemen’s sport? Here to prove you wrong are some of the best female golfers in the world, who will be looking to set the stage during the fifth and final round of the Aramco Team Series. Seize the chance to catch the likes of the Korda sisters, Lexi Thompson, Georgia Hall, Chiara Noja and Charley Hull in action.

It’s a tournament like no other

The Aramco Team Series, sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour, takes on a unique dual format, which teams up 84 of the world’s best golfers with an amateur (three professionals accompanied by one amateur) in an exciting four-person team tournament alongside an individual competition running simultaneously. In the team competition, 28 teams will battle it out for a whopping USD1 million (SAR3.75 million) in prize money, whilst the pros concurrently compete for individual titles, which help to chalk up Costa Del Sol and Rolex World ranking points. Last year, the individual title was won by 16-year-old Chiara Noja after a thrilling playoff against world number 12 Charley Hull in KAEC.

It’s a fun-filled weekend for the whole family

This three-day golfing event will include family-friendly activities and world-class golfing action. Besides getting front-row seats to all the on-court action, look forward to a variety of entertainment options and a ‘taste of the world’ culinary experience with delicious foods for spectators of all ages to enjoy throughout the ‘Aramco Energy Fan Zone’. What’s interesting is that the international cuisine on offer will tie in with the respective countries being represented throughout the ATS series.

Riyadh Golf Club

Located just 20 minutes from the city centre, Riyadh Golf Club is also known as the oasis of the capital. The par-72 championship course boasts undulating terrain with various lakes and streams, wide fairways and manicured greens. Standout holes include the 689-yard par 5 with strategically positioned sand bunkers, a narrow approach and lush vegetation. The intimidating par-3 of just 162 yards frequented with crosswinds and guarded by water on all sides is a stunning short hole guaranteed to create drama over the three days of action.

The best part? Tickets won’t burn a hole in your wallet

Tickets are now available for purchase, and this historic event promises to be an exhilarating showcase of golfing brilliance, camaraderie, and passion. Tickets for Friday October 27 and Saturday October 28 are going for just SAR75 each, and SAR50 for Sunday October 29. If you can’t get enough, score a three-day season ticket for only SAR175. All tickets are for general admission and come with a food and drink voucher that can be redeemed on-site, which means you can spend the whole day soaking up all the excitement. Even better: children under 16 enjoy free entry, as long as they’re accompanied by a ticketed adult.
