One of California’s greatest music festivals ‘All Day I Dream’ debuts in Saudi Arabia

Let the good vibes and beats flow…

Calling all dreamers. We’re floating on cloud nine with excitement because, for the very first time, one of California’s greatest festivals, ‘All Day I Dream’ is coming to Saudi Arabia.

Founded by UK-born DJ and producer Lee Burridge, who shaped the underground club scene in Hong Kong throughout the early stages of his career in the early 90s, the illustrious outfit has captured the imagination of music lovers globally by offering magical experiences that focus on feeling as much as the music.

On Friday October 20, All Day I Dream will take over Alfa’s Lounge at the ancient oasis city of AlUla, as part of AlUla Moments’ offering for the AlUla Wellness Festival.

So, get ready to let your spirits soar because it promises to be a day filled with beautiful, emotional, melancholic, and melodic shades of House and Techno, love, and a whole lot of dancing.

What is All Day I Dream?

All Day I Dream DJ Lee Burridge

All Day I Dream parties began on a baking Brooklyn rooftop back in 2011 and have since become an international sensation, spurred on by Lee Burridge’s signature technicolour emotionalism.

The signature day-to-night dance party is renowned for its wanderlust aesthetic, enchanting sonic curation, and globally eclectic crowd. Think dreamy, chilled brand of electronic music, sunny vibes, and magic and whimsy like a woodland fairy.

The label’s ethos has always come from a place of love, freedom, creativity and beauty – pioneering a whimsical and melodic style of house music that has made a massive impact on dance music as a whole. It has developed a sound that has helped the genre move beyond the clubs and into the open-air.

More than just a record label or live event series, All Day I Dream remains one of the strongest forces in modern dance music, pioneering its own niche of ‘organic house’ meant to inspire and connect communities on the dance floor.

What to expect at All Day I Dream in AlUla?

All Day I Dream will transport partygoers from its dancefloor into an immersive musical and visual dreamscape amidst an intimate setting and nature’s beauty in AlUla.

Multiple DJs from the ‘All Day I Dream’ record label are set to perform a mix of mesmerising, elegant and exquisite sounds. The line-up includes founder Lee Burridge himself, Matthew Dekay, Fulltone and Zone+. We can expect to hear more international artists to be announced in the coming week.

The doors open at 5pm and the final performance is scheduled for midnight, with the venue closing at 2am. For a comfortable, dance-friendly outfit, bohemian-style attire and kimonos, dusters, and sheer skirts are recommended.

Tickets are available at SAR280 here and include complimentary parking, plus welcome drinks and snacks.

It’ll be a feel-good vibe, and everyone with a passion for music and adventurous fun is welcome. Mark your calendars for October 20, be prepared to leave the real world behind, and come experience magic like never before.

“We’re delighted that All Day I Dream is a headline event as part of our Wellness Festival,” says Rami AlMoallim, Vice President of Destination Management and Marketing at the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU). “A true international sensation, this musical event is one that has captivated audiences all around the world for well over a decade, breathing new life into the electronic music scene while welcoming attendees to be a part of a global community of ‘dreamers’.

He adds, “From creatives and young professionals to technologists, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, and aspirational minds, “All Day I Dream” is sure to present a transformational experience for all through the power of music. We cannot wait for this one and look forward to seeing the buzz and excitement increase over the coming weeks.”
