Seated on the first floor of Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre, The Grill is decked out in modern chandeliers against tall ceilings and dressed gloriously in dark wooden flooring with lighter geometrical wall coverings and hints of black marble and gold. The atmosphere is nostalgic and cosy, with a friendly and relaxed vibe.

The elegant restaurant also presents its newest ‘A Taste of Saudi Seafood’ seven-course experience. Held every Tuesday from 6pm to midnight, the exclusive dining experience showcases the abundance of local seafood available in Saudi Arabia and combines it with global flavours.

So, sit back and relax as the chefs prepare the freshest seafood to your liking in the lively, semi-open kitchen. Here, local fish and molluscs take centre stage. The set menu experience begins with shareable appetisers like sardine bruschetta from Italy and takoyaki from Japan.

The mains will feature a delectable serving of spiced baby calamari with black lemon labne and herbs, yellowtail ceviche from Peru with tiger’s milk and corn salsa, and cocotte baked clam thermidor from France.

Soup lovers will enjoy the bouillabaisse from France with garlic croutons and rouille sauce. Another stand-out seafood dish is the Cantonese-style steamed Red Sea Najil fish from China and served with broccoli and aromatic rice.

The set menu will finish with a delightful creation of mango kunafa infused with Middle Eastern flavours. Now that the temperature is cooler, we recommend grabbing a spot out on the terrace overlooking the pool to enjoy your dessert.

And, of course, treat yourself to the refreshing Southside Fizz beverage – which combines Lyre’s Dry London, lemon juice, mint leaves, Fever-Tree Club Soda, and homemade syrup – to complement your seafood feast.
