It’s looking a little brighter out here in the capital, and it’s definitely because the annual Noor Riyadh is coming back before the month ends. And if you’re wondering which are the must-visit Noor Riyadh 2023 hubs, you’ve definitely come to the right place. This is where you want to go.

Noor Riyadh will return to the city on Thursday November 30 and will continue until Tuesday December 16.

The five main hubs are set to be situated all around the capital, so you are never too far from the light. Making its mark at locations like King Abdullah Financial District, the art district JAX Diriyah, Wadi Hanifah, Salam Park, and Wadi Namar.

That’s not all, though, as there will also be a number of other locations where you can view the stunning artworks. These include Digital City, King Fahd National Library, the luxe Via Riyadh, and landmark destinations like Kingdom Tower and Faisaliah Tower.

The third edition will be themed ‘The Bright Side of the Desert Moon.’ Over 120 artworks done by over 100 artists will be displayed in total throughout the city for the massive art festival.

Accompanying the festival will also be an exhibition under the theme of ‘Refracted Identities, Shared Futures,’ which will be held until March 2 2024. The location for the exhibition is yet to be announced, so stay tuned to What’s On Saudi Arabia for the latest.

The event is part of Riyadh Art, one of the four major projects under the mandate of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City that aim to turn the capital into “a gallery without walls”.
