Have a nice week, Jeddah…

The Red Sea city has a ton happening this week, and you need to get on board and get ready for a fun week ahead. Here are all the things to do in Jeddah this week.

Sunday November 26

Visit the Obhur Waterfront

If you’re looking for a new, perfect family-friendly destination, look no further. The brand-new Obhur Waterfront in Jeddah is where you want to go. Covering an area of 205,000 square meters, the gorgeous newly redeveloped area opened to the public last week. Incredible things you can look forward to in the area include a sea promenade, sandy beaches, plenty of open green areas, stunning pedestrian pathways, cycling tracks, and multi-purpose plazas.

Relax at Obo Beach House

This family-friendly restaurant brings a slightly more casual vibe to the dining scene at the Jeddah Yacht Club. At Obo, think beachy vibes paired with a mix of Italan and Japanese cuisine. That means you can dig into your choice of pizzas or delight in some maki rolls if you please.

Obo Beach House, open daily from 5pm to 2am. Tel: (0)50 932 5577 @obobeachhouse.ksa

Head to the Indoor Zoo for an extended period

Visitors can get up close, interact and learn about the animals, and enjoy games and experiences. The indoor zoo will also host live entertainment shows and activities. Qualified staff will be on hand, eager to share details about animal behaviour or answer questions the young ones always seem to have about anything that moves.

The terrace offers everything a night out should have, from a buzzing atmosphere to delicious drinks and upbeat Afro-house music by DJ Lea Koha every Tuesday to Saturday. Mocktails are the order of the day here and you can combine them with small plates of Japanese fusion nibbles.

Have gelato at Como Gelato

If you have been to Jeddah but didn’t stop at Como Gelato, you didn’t really visit Jeddah. The gelateria is located on Prince Sultan Road and has been in the city for over 15 years. Flavours change regularly but one that is always available and that we highly recommend is their signature, Como.

Como Gelato, Lillian Towers, Prince Sultan Road, open 9am to 1am. @comogelato

Have a sando

Want to live like a local for the evening? Head to Adani Bar to experience street food like never before, at adani bar expect sandwiches, teas and mixed grill. We recommend you try their cheese toastie for the ultimate cheese pull experience.
