Riyadh Marathon is returning for 2024
It’s time to run…
Riyadh, it’s officially that time of year again. Riyadh Marathon 2024 is happening in just a few short weeks from now, and if you want to register, here’s everything you need to know.
Hosted by the Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA), the marathon will take place on Saturday February 10.

Runners of all backgrounds are welcome to take part in the marathon or the race courses running alongside the main 42-kilometre event for people over the age of 20 for SAR109. Other distances include a 21-kilometre half-marathon for those over the age of 18 at SAR89, and a 10-kilometre for those aged 17 and above at SAR49.
If you’re a beginner just getting into running, the four-kilometre fun run is the way to go for you for SAR39.

There will also be an exciting “Marathon Village,” where you and the fam can enjoy various fun activities, and an area dedicated to restaurants. The village opens its doors on Friday February 9 where participants can pick up their bibs. Visitors can immerse themselves in the carnival-like atmosphere, complete with fun food, music, fitness activities, and more. And if you need a pick-me-up during the marathon, there will be refreshment areas every 2.5 kilometres across all races, in addition to the finish line
