Milan's Spontini Pizza is landing in Saudi Arabia

Pasta, pizza, and more…

Spontini Pizza, Milan’s pride and joy and rapidly growing food venue, is finally heading to Saudi Arabia. And here’s everything we know about Spontini Pizza in Saudi Arabia.

The proudly Italian pizza chain’s history goes way back to 1953 when the family-owned business started selling pizzas by the slice.

Prepared in iron pans, baked in wood-fired ovens, and still using the same original pizza recipe from 1953, Spontini Pizza’s sixty-year-old history is what makes the brand so memorable.

Expanding into the Middle East in collaboration with AlShaya Group in 2018 with stores in Kuwait and Qatar, this opening marks the first Saudi branch. And while the exact location still hasn’t been revealed, we expect the pizza spot to open in Riyadh.

Spontini currently has over 20 stores across Italy and Japan, serving its signature thick, fluffy, fresh pizza and delicious-tasting slices all over the world. Expect all the Italian classics, like lasagna, and pizzas, and desserts like tiramisu, creme brulee, profiteroles, and more.

The venue is known for its fresh, fully Italian ingredients. Preparing pizza by carefully kneading and leavening each piece of dough, at Spontini’s, each pizza is produced artisanally each day. Picture this: a thick 300-gram slice complete with a crispy base, soft dough, a heaping helping of the signature sauce, and of course, a ton of cheese.
