Concerts and raves are just better on this side of the world. And they’re even better when it’s one of the world’s largest music festivals coming to Dubai. That’s right, UNTOLD Dubai is happening later this week.
Come for the incredible lineup featuring remarkable headliners including TIËSTO, Dutch DJ and producer Sebastian Ingrosso, and global sensation PSY, and stick around for all the other brilliant parts of the festival.
The major festival will take place at Expo City Dubai from Thursday February 15 to Sunday February 18 and is set to have pop-ups by some of the most popular brands in the world to make the experience better.
The stages…
The festival is set to be divided into four stages, each with its own particular style of music. At the main stage, you’ll be welcomed into a new world of eclectic sounds. A techno fan? The Galaxy Stage is where you want to go. If you’re like us and enjoy a combination of different genres, you’ll likely enjoy the Alchemy Stage. If you’re after something more unique, the Time Stage is an immersive concept that will set you on a journey among hourglasses and star maps.
The pop-ups…
Take a break from the main stages and check out the Red Bull-branded DJ truck. And if you’re in need of some refreshments, you can find drinks and a dazzling ‘Rave Room’ that will live stream the music playing on the Alchemy stage at the Absolut Space.
Be sure to stop by the Vinyl Souk, which combines the past with the present and is the ideal location to take in the distinct, uncompressed sounds that can only be heard in analogue audio. The pop-up will also feature a marketplace with carefully chosen local goods and a thrift store.
When you’re at the Vinyl Souk, you can also look forward to a photography class and a separate area where vinyl owners can even trade in their treasured records.
Foodies, listen up…
Hungry after all that dancing? Tuck into authentic pizzas from Pinza and Tonda, juicy chicken by BOX’ed and Chick’n Cone, spicy tacos and burritos from Taqado, and Asian delights from Vietnamese Foodies.
If you’re craving a good burger, take your pick from High Joint, Pickl, and JT. You can also look forward to British-inspired Yorkshire culinary creations prepared by Fine Diner and many more exciting venues too.
