Step inside the Al Thuraya Ballroom, where guests can enjoy a world of culinary arts created by Chef Luigi Taglienti – the celebrated Ligurian chef and restauranteur trained by culinary icon Ezio Santin. Those looking for an exclusive iftar feast will enjoy the Chef’s Table experience, which can cater to up to 50 diners. Expect five meticulously crafted Michelin-star menus by Chef Luigi that will take your tastebuds globetrotting Italy with dishes like Italian langoustine, white risotto, lobster, seabass and lamb carpaccio, and more.

House of Grill, a steakhouse experience crafted by the award-winning Chef Nicolas Isnard, plays host to suhoor this year. From 10pm to 2am, tuck into the family-style set menu with an array of Arabic and International delicacies, all within the winning confines of the restaurant’s elegant decor on the grounds of Fairmont Riyadh.
