The tower will also be home to the world’s highest running track with a circuit of 250 meters that offers stunning views of the capital.
Located on Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Road, the tower aims to improve the city’s quality of life, aligning with Vision 2030 goals to make Riyadh a better, more active city by providing world-class facilities that promote sporty culture to all members of society.
The Sports Boulevard megaproject extends for 135 kilometres, across the city of Riyadh, and is set to include a desert park that covers an area of 20 square kilometres, event venues, a show piazza, and movie theatres. You can also look forward to various coffee shops and retail outlets.
There is also set to be an arts district complete with museums, libraries, studios, art forums, and conference halls.
It won’t be all play and no business though, as the venture will also have areas designated for investment zones and recreational and commercial activities. The entire project area will also feature many landmarks and public art installations.
