Tucked away in the As Sahafah district in Riyadh is Healthy & Co, offering fresh, healthy dishes designed to nourish from the inside out. This is the first brick-and-mortar restaurant in the Kingdom for the beloved UAE concept by Epik Foods, which started off as a delivery-only kitchen in Riyadh.
There’s something to be said for the atmosphere here. It’s super tranquil and very calming, refined but relaxed, which feeds right into the healthy vibes you’ll be getting off the food. The restaurant spans a 175-square-metre space and can seat up to 40 customers indoors.
On the menu, you can expect fresh, colourful, and globally inspired plates, with plant-based alternatives to classic dishes.
Opt for breakfast, lunch or late-night snacks, and your dish will include the mighty green veggie in some way. You can choose from salads, warm grain bowls, wraps, all-day egg dishes, homemade soups, cold press juices, and smoothies. You really have plenty of choice in flavour.
Healthy and Co Riyadh also offers Keto, macrobiotic, vegan, and gluten-free meal plans. Plus, all meals are macro-counted carefully, keeping in mind the nutritional requirements and ensuring that the taste is not compromised.
So, get ready to tuck into healthy gym meals and signatures such as the baked salmon cilantro bowl, meatball Greek bowl, beef jalapeno wrap, and a super loaded veggie salad combining crispy kale, corn, broccoli, radish, cucumber, carrot, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, and sliced almond. Drool.
