Take note: Comic Con Arabia is being moved to Riyadh

It’s time to play– cosplay, that is. Get ready to geek out as the world’s biggest comic and cosplay convention is returning to the Kingdom very soon. Comic-Con Arabia 2024 is coming.
Previously, the event was happening in Jeddah from Thursday November 28 to Friday 29, although it is unclear if the event is still happening on these dates.

Expected to return for its fifth edition, the massive event has previously been held in both Jeddah and Riyadh. The exact location for the return hasn’t been announced just yet. The 2023 and 2022 versions took place in Jeddah, while the first one in 2017 took place in Riyadh.
Comic-Con Arabia is a major pop culture event in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event offers an opportunity for fanatics to geek out about all things comic books, manga, anime, film, television, science fiction, and video games, plus you get to go home with a bunch of collectables to remember the days by too.
We’re also expecting different workshops, including topics like costume workshops, cosplay competitions, and more at the festival’s latest edition.
To add some fun to the festival, there are normally cool competitions happening too. If you’re keen on cosplay, you’ll be happy to know there’s usually a competition happening just for that, with a massive prize pool at stake.
