Sir Anthony Hopkins to perform an exclusive Riyadh Season concert
This is everything we know so far…
Saudi Arabia has long welcomed incredible musicians and artists, particularly in Riyadh, but all over nonetheless. Just this month, we’ll be welcoming Hans Zimmer, Ludovico Einaudi, and Matteo Bocelli. Before all those, though, this weekend, you’ll be excited to hear we’ll be seeing a Sir Anthony Hopkins Riyadh Season performance.
Happening on Friday January 17, the performance will feature an array of exclusive compositions titled “Life Is A Dream.” Although, the exact location is yet to be revealed.

Known for his performances on the screen and stage, Sir Anthony Hopkins has received numerous accolades, including two Academy Awards, four BAFTA Awards, two Primetime Emmy Awards, and a Laurence Olivier Award. He’ll return to Riyadh after receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Joy Awards 2024.
The Welsh actor began his journey with a performance at the Palace Theatre, Swansea, in 1960 with Swansea Little Theatre’s production of Have a Cigarette, thus beginning a spellbinding career that has spanned over six decades and continues to enchant crowds to this day as well.
He has since won his first Academy Award for his chilling performance in The Silence of the Lambs (1991) and won again for his role in The Father (2021), making him the oldest actor to ever receive the accolade.
Tickets for the concert are yet to be released but stay tuned to What’s On Saudi Arabia for the latest.
