Thursday February 6

LIV Golf Round 1

Happening in Riyadh for the very first time in Riyadh, it’s the first day of a brand-new LIV Golf season. Players are divided into groups of 18, and will see some of the greatest players in the world teeing off at Riyadh Golf Club. Post-tournament concerts include performances by DJ Snake, Cheb Khaled, and Ahmed Saad.

If you’re wondering about a rave in Riyadh this weekend, then Beast House might just have what you’re looking for. This weekend, Beast House is joining forces with an underground electronic music platform and media outlet, Trommel as the venue welcomes micro-house savant Thomas Melchoir, a 20-year veteran of London and Berlin, the night kicks off with a B2B set from local house giants Baloo and Majid.

Find your inner cowboy

Rodeos, ghost towns, saloons, oh my. If you’re into the Wild West, this rugged town on the outskirts of Riyadh is the place to be, partner. Plus, you don’t have to be a cowboy yourself to enjoy the good ol’ cowboy culture. About 45 minutes off the city centre, tucked away at Al Ammariyah, is a wonderful little gem known as South West Cowboy Town. Take a step back in time and experience the Wild West in its modern-day form, complete with cowboys, good food, and fun.

Riyadh Muscle Show

If you’re at all into fitness, this is the perfect event for you. The Riyadh Muscle Show will make its debut in the Kingdom supported by the Saudi Bodybuilding Federation next month. Happening from Friday February 7 to Saturday February 8, the fitness extravaganza promises an immersive experience for bodybuilders and the fitness community. Featuring an array of thrilling events including the Kingdom Bodybuilding Championships, top competitions, and unparalleled networking opportunities. The event builds on the success of the Muscle Show brand. Check out the Diriyah Storytelling Festival

Diriyah Season’s first-ever Diriyah Storytelling Festival is coming to a close this weekend. The event, considered the largest event of its kind, is on until Saturday February 8. The festival includes a distinguished and large group of speakers, experts, and specialists in the field of novels, in addition to a group of performers and more than 50 publishing houses and specialized libraries.

Time and time again Riyadh Season delivers some of the best events we’ve ever seen. Calling itself the greatest sneaker show on Earth, Sneaker Con is originally started in New York back in 2009. Fast forward to now, we’re welcoming Sneaker Con in Riyadh. Happening from Friday February 7 to Sunday February 9 at the anb Arena, the event will showcase over 150 of the finest vendors from the US, around the globe, and the Middle East, presenting a selection of sneakers and collectables from the newest releases to the rarest finds.

Backstreet’s back

The tournament, scheduled for Thursday February 6 to Saturday February 8, will feature LIV Golf’s star-studded field competing at Riyadh Golf Club. And so far, headliners have been announced for for days one and two. Legendary boyband Backstreet Boys and Bosnian-Swedish DJ and record producer Salvatore Ganacci. The event is also promising to announce additional music acts as we get closer to D-Day.

To say we love our food out here in Riyadh would be an understatement, so I’ll say a day isn’t complete without it (which it can’t be), but you know what I mean. So, what’s better than celebrating it at the incredible Food Culture Festival in Riyadh? Happening from Wednesday February 5 until Sunday February 9, at Grassy Park in Al Safarat, the Food Culture Festival will also be taking over Khobar and Jeddah too.
