If you’re wondering when the Riyadh Metro will be running during its very first Eid week, you’re in luck. These are the Riyadh Metro Eid Al-Fitr 2025 operating hours.
The major public transport system has announced timings for both the Riyadh Metro trains and buses.

From Sunday March 30 until Wednesday April 2, the trains will be operating from 10am to midnight. Starting Thursday April 3, the timings will return to the regular pre-Ramadan timings, and trains will operate from 6am to midnight.
The Riyadh Buses will operate from 6.30am to 3am daily until Friday April 4. Until Wednesday April 2, the Bus on Demand service will run from 9am to midnight, from Thursday April 3 until Friday April 4, the service will run from 5am to midnight.
The Riyadh Metro is the largest in the Middle East and the world’s longest driverless train system. There are six main lines and 84 stations covering a distance of 176 kilometres. The Riyadh Metro network covers most of the highly populated districts, government facilities, and key educational and commercial areas.

The most popular line to date is the Blue Line, which runs between Al-Olaya and Al-Batha and has seen nearly 10 million passengers on board. The buzziest station to date is the King Abdullah Financial District station, which serves as a major hub for switching lines. The station, located on the eastern side of KAFD, serves as a hub for the blue, yellow, and violet lines.
