Welcome to the Armani Residences in Diriyah, a limited collection of 15 homes built in Najdi style, carefully curated by Giorgio Armani himself.
Marking the designer’s debut in the Kingdom, the homes present an opportunity to live in the rarefied world that is so distinctly Armani. Divided into three concepts, including The Palm Residences, The Botanical Residences, and The Royal Penthouses.
These three unique residential offerings start at 1,200 square metres and go up to 1,900 square metres. Each residence features three-bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms, luxe formal living and dining areas, family living and dining rooms, a library, and a pool. The homes will be fully furnished by Armani/Casa, including custom-made kitchens and bathroom fittings.
If you take a closer look at the Botanical Residences, you’ll see that they take inspiration from the natural landscape, featuring natural hues and botanical prints.
The Royal Penthouses showcase the finest Italian craftsmanship and represent ultimate upscale living, and lastly, The Palm Residences blend rare stonework and intricate textile patterns using pure lines and minimalistic styling that’s handpicked by Giorgio Armani.
The Armani Residences will be joining the long list of Diriyah’s prestigious collection of branded residences, including the Baccarat Residences Diriyah, Corinthia Residences Diriyah, Raffles Residences Diriyah, The Ritz-Carlton Residences Diriyah, and The Ritz-Carlton Signature Collection Diriyah, in total coming up to 300 branded residences.
Set to be located near the Armani Hotel Diriyah, guests will also be able to access the hotel’s facilities, including the Armani Hotel Swimming Pool, Armani Hotel Gymnasium, Business Lounge, Armani Study, and Armani In-House Dining.
The plans for the Armani Hotel Diriyah have also been revealed. The property will be a part of the ultra-luxury hospitality and retail quarter, includes a collection of 70 elegant rooms and suites, the latter of which will all feature their own spa and swimming pool. Two signature restaurants will delight foodies, while a luxurious spa will welcome guests into a haven of pampering and relaxation.
