You can look forward to living in King Salman Park once it's open

The ambitious megaproject is set to start opening up by 2030

Drive around Riyadh, and one of the first things you’ll see is how huge King Salman Park is set to be once open. Everywhere you go, you’d see at least a dozen signs beckoning you to explore the project in the eccentric activities that are yet to come (hi, indoor skydiving). Now you can even look forward to possibly living in the heart of the action. Meet the SAR3 billion homes and offices at King Salman Park.

The new project, which comes in partnership with Adjan Real Estate and Sedco Capital, is valued at USD1 billion according to The National.

“The project will have a substantial component of residential, roughly 600 units, about 45,000 square meters of office space and a hotel with more than 200 keys,” chief executive of KSPF George Tanasijevich said. “Then there will be a variety of amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, clinics, and retail.”

The project was first announced in 2019, and since then, it’s become one of the most anticipated projects. And while no official announcement has been made, it’s expected that expats could possibly own the SAR3 billion homes and offices at King Salman Park.
