Once again, the action-packed Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo is back on the grounds of AlFursan Equestrian Village in AlUla. This is when the Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo 2026 is happening as part of Winter at Tantora.
Set within the stunning desert landscape of the ancient oasis city, the world’s first organised desert polo tournament will take place on Friday January 16 and Saturday January 17, 2026.

The mega-event has witnessed top international polo players competing in an adrenaline-packed game set against a stunning backdrop of the breathtaking AlUla canyons.
Organised by the Royal Commission for AlUla in partnership with the Saudi Polo Federation, the tournament features the finest polo players, thundering hooves, gripping polo action, and family-friendly fun, promising an exhilarating two days for the whole community.
Here’s what to expect when Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo returns in January 2026
Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo will feature six teams of three players, each comprising one professional, one international patron, and one dignitary. The teams will battle for the prestigious Desert Polo trophy over two days of action-packed matches.

Alongside world-class polo and excitement, fashion enthusiasts dressed to the nines will also gather to enjoy an afternoon filled with music and entertainment. Key highlights for spectators include the Kids Zone, which provides interactive equestrian experiences and fun games for the little ones. Other activities feature both traditional and contemporary musical performances for a lively atmosphere, as well as browsing local crafts at pop-up retail shops.
Passes
Passes for the return are already on sale and SAR600 for two-day premium access and SAR150 per child. A day pass to the polo tournament of the year will run you SAR400 for premium access and SAR100 per child. You can also get tickets for the polo players circle experience at SAR590 and SAR290 per child, per day.
