Here's a sneak peek at Adrena, home to Saudi Arabia's largest surf pool

Say hello to The Red Sea’s new adventure and entertainment district – the first of its kind in the region, featuring more than 20 land and water experiences

If your days at The Red Sea have been blissfully slow (think sun, sand, sea, repeat), Adrena is here to shake things up – in the best way possible.

Opening to the public from Sunday March 1, Red Sea Global’s new adventure and entertainment district offers the perfect excuse to swap horizontal lounging for something a little more… vertical, splashy, and adrenaline-fuelled.

Adrena is a short drive from Shura Island, and the experiences run the gamut. From surfing and wakeboarding to cliff diving and skateboarding, Adrena invites guests to step outside their comfort zones and try out action sports in world class facilities with an expert team to guide them and take their adventures beyond the park and into the wild.

For those who prefer a slightly more relaxed adventure, bodyboarding, paddleboarding, diving, and snorkelling offer the perfect balance of fun and flow.

The highlight of Adrena? A spectacular saltwater surf pool stretching an impressive 215 metres, set to become the largest in Saudi Arabia when it opens. Delivering waves up to 2.1 metres, the experience is fully customisable and accommodates riders of every level.

Beyond the surf, the energy continues across a wakeboarding lake, snorkel trails, and an incredible 6-metre-deep diving pool.

On land, guests can swap wetsuits for wheels at the skatepark and BMX pump track, or lean into the laid-back coastal spirit with beach volleyball and football.

Craving an extra rush? The overwater zip line and the 10-metre-high ‘slip ‘n’ fly’ slide promise exactly the kind of heart-racing moments Adrena was built for.

And it’s not just for thrill-seekers. Families are well catered for with a dedicated children’s waterplay area and a floating inflatable obstacle course designed for carefree, splash-filled fun.

Adrena isn’t all high-octane action, though. As the sun sets, the mood shifts. The beach club takes over with DJ sets, lively house beats, and delicious South American bites, plus a mocktail menu, all served until late into the evening. Add an infinity pool and those glowing Red Sea sunset views, and suddenly you’re in no hurry to leave.

Inspired by the words ‘adrenaline’, ‘arena’ and ‘dream’, Adrena delivers exactly what its name promises. Come for the thrills, stay for the sunsets, and don’t be surprised when you start planning your next visit before you’ve even left.

We can’t wait to check it out.
