Global superstar DJ Carl Cox is set to perform in Riyadh this May
In Act returns for its eighth edition with a full-blown sensory takeover

Riyadh’s underground nightlife scene is stepping things up as the next chapter of In Act – Act VIII lands on Friday May 8, taking over JAX District – and it’s pulling no punches.
Leading the charge? None other than the godfather of dance music, veteran turntablist and selector extraordinaire Carl Cox. It’s a name that doesn’t just sit at the top of the global DJ circuit, but practically built it.
If you know, you know. And if you don’t, well… let’s just say that when you hear that iconic “Oh yes, oh yes!”, you’ll get it.

Cox, who is widely renowned as one of the most significant artists in the British house music scene, played a pivotal role in bringing new sounds and genres of music to the UK, back in the late ’80s and early ’90s – from Chicago house to rare groove, electro, hip-hop and more.
His legacy spans historic collaborations and legendary moments, sharing stages with pioneers like The Chemical Brothers, Laurent Garnier, Fatboy Slim, Eric Prydz, Adam Beyer and Nina Kraviz, while inspiring countless artists who shaped the modern electronic movement.
This May, fans will see the DJ phenomenon spinning some of his most lauded anthems and remixes. Expect a set that moves between deep, driving techno and high-energy house, the kind that keeps you locked in from start to finish.
Cox is the sort of DJ who doesn’t just play to a crowd; he commands it.
