Headed to the AFC Asian Cup in Saudi Arabia? Don't forget to download this app
The app was launched for the fan experience at the Kingdom’s football tournaments
Attending a football tournament requires the utmost planning; it starts with getting tickets and ends with sorting out access points and the transportation to and from the stadium as well (a pain, we know). What if we told you all of that can be streamlined for the upcoming AFC Asian Cup in Saudi Arabia? Meet the Ahlan, the official 2027 AFC Asian Cup in Saudi Arabia app.
Saudi Arabia’s Local Organising Committee for the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 has just announced the first phase launch of the Ahlan app, a seamless tool for the fan experience at the Kingdom’s football tournaments.

The application, available on both iOS and Android, is fully equipped to help fans plan their visits, ticket purchases, transportation, and stadium access to ensure ultimate ease and convenience.
‘Ahlan,’ the official AFC Asian Cup in Saudi Arabia app, is meant to enhance operational readiness and improve the fan attendance experience.
The app’s pilot phase will be activated during the Round of 16 and final stages of the AFC Champions League Elite 2026, which is scheduled for April, in preparation for full deployment during the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027, according to Saudi Gazette.
When is the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027?

If you haven’t heard, Saudi Arabia will host the 19th edition of the AFC Asian Cup from Thursday January 7 to Friday February 5, 2027. This marks the first time the Kingdom is hosting the tournament. Fans can expect world-class football, electric stadium atmospheres, and a fan experience designed to rival the continent’s finest editions yet. Matches will be played across eight stadiums in three cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al-Khobar.
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC), in coordination with the local organising committee, has confirmed that the tournament’s final draw will take place in Diriyah’s historic Al-Turaif district.
