Joining Riyadh’s major restaurant hub in Laysen Valley, B+F Riyadh is an upscale-casual restaurant with an extensive, meat-focused menu, and the most iconic part? You can get a front-row seat to the action right with the open-fire charcoal grill. Known for its “live fire” cooking style and smoky flavour profiles, this is the perfect spot for dinner and a show.

With locations in Kuwait and Qatar and now Riyadh, B+F (full form: Burger+Fire) specialises in gourmet burgers, open-fire cooking, and char-grilled menu items, combining a wide selection of high-end, internationally influenced dishes, which present an innovative and exceptional dining experience.
The menu features salads, pastas, steaks, and, of course, the burgers we keep talking about. Start your meal light with a gorgeous salad (options include Caesar, charred, and Tokyo), and then move on to menu heavyweights like short rib rigatoni (every bit as good as it sounds), the six-hour Cola-braised short rib (on a roll here with the ribs), and black pepper beef tenderloin lollipops. The true stars of the menu for us, though, are the wildfire and signature burgers (we’re human, after all) served with sides like the truffle mashed potatoes and the grilled asparagus. If there was ever a time we had to pick a last meal, we might be partial to this particular line-up. Pair with a freshly-made mocktail from the bar, and you’re golden (we recommend the dragon-fruit mojito).
Save some room for dessert, though, and dip your spoon into the oh-so-perfect dulce de leche fondant; you won’t regret it.
