Your guide to upcoming wellness and fitness events in Riyadh

No doubt about it, wellness is having a moment

Let’s be honest: how many of us are still tackling our New Year’s resolutions with the same vigour we had when 2026 began? Or is it just me?

Regardless, we get it, staying motivated to hit the gym or head out to get those steps in can be tough, but having a goal can give you that push you need to lace up your trainers and sweat it out on a consistent basis.

If you need one to set you back on the right track, signing up for fitness- and wellness-oriented events to give yourself something to work towards might just be the right call. Here are a few that are taking place in Riyadh to mark on your calendar.
