Bali favourite Kilo Kitchen has landed at this popular beach club in Jeddah

The popular Bali-born dining concept Kilo Kitchen is now open at OIA Downtown Beach Club in Jeddah

Some restaurants arrive with a reputation long before they open. Kilo Kitchen is one of them – a name often associated with relaxed Bali evenings, cool interiors, and menus built around sharing.

Now, the concept has arrived in Saudi Arabia, with a new outpost at OIA Downtown Beach Club in Jeddah.

And we think it’s a natural fit. Mention OIA Downtown and the first thing that comes to mind is the gentle allure of its easygoing coastal atmosphere, and Kilo’s signature style – unfussy but elevated – feels right at home.

The brand is known for blending global influences, with dishes that draw on bold Latin American and Asian flavours, all designed for sharing at the table.

You’ll find wasabi tuna tartare, popcorn prawn taco, sushi rolls, duck and pomelo salad, grilled steak, tagliatelle with beef rendang ragu, along with signature zero-proof cocktails on the menu.

The arrival of this new restaurant also speaks to Jeddah’s growing appetite for lifestyle-led dining. More than just a restaurant, Kilo is typically about mood – warm lighting, curated playlists, and a menu that balances comfort with creativity.

It’s not overly formal, but it still feels like somewhere you’d book for a special evening, whether that’s a sunset dinner, a long catch-up with friends, or a weekend outing by the water.

Set within a beach club environment, you can expect a relaxed vibe at the Jeddah location. Think beautiful sea views, golden-hour tables and a menu that suits everything from light bites to leisurely dinners.

It’s the sort of concept that feels transportive, bringing a touch of Bali-style dining to the Red Sea coast.

Do take note that the beach club itself remains members-only, while Kilo is open to the public from 5pm onwards. Even with a restaurant reservation, access is limited to the dining area, leaving the beach club facilities reserved exclusively for members.

So, if you’re looking for the next must-try spot, Kilo is a new restaurant in Jeddah you’ll want to check out.
