The mystery is over: KFC reveals Saudi Arabia's viral chicken-head trio
Sponsored: Are you surprised?
You’ve probably seen that viral video all over your social media feed. Three enigmatic chicken-headed characters wandering through crowds on some of the busiest streets of Saudi Arabia and engaging with the public. Yes, that video.
After weeks of viral sightings and social media speculation, KFC has finally revealed the faces behind the mysterious chicken-head trio.
Meet Those Kentaaky Guys, or Eyal Kentaaky, KFC’s official brand squad.
The trio first began appearing unannounced in crowded places across the Kingdom, joking with the public, filming cheeky moments, and generally causing a bit of harmless chaos wherever they went.

Naturally, the internet did what it does best, and videos quickly went viral as people tried to work out who was behind the oversized chicken-heads.
The big reveal happened live on-air at MBC Studios in Riyadh, where the trio unexpectedly interrupted the popular morning show Sabah El Kheir Ya Arab, appearing in full costume before finally confirming they were KFC’s latest campaign stars.
But the theatrics didn’t stop there.
Later that day, a select group of influencers received giant red eggs containing QR codes that led them to a transformed KFC drive-thru experience. The space had been redesigned as a long-table dining setup, where guests were welcomed by Those Kentaaky Guys themselves for an immersive dinner featuring storytelling and plenty of fried chicken, of course.
So, who exactly are those chicken-head guys popping up around Riyadh?
There’s Kamel, the charismatic prankster, who balances a low-key demeanour with sharp creative instincts, quietly carving out his path as both a content creator and an aspiring actor.
Filfil, the wise one of the group, embraces his love for fashion, often arriving late by design and never without his signature flair.
And then, there’s the laid-back Chatta, whose street-style aesthetic and unapologetic energy make him impossible to ignore.
According to KFC, Those Kentaaky Guys embody a new chapter for the brand. One that lives beyond traditional advertising and is rooted in entertainment, spontaneity, and connection. As the brand’s official ambassadors, they will take centre stage in upcoming campaigns, events, and pop-ups, delivering KFC’s new and playful chaos directly to fans across the region.
Ahmed Arafa, KFC MENAPAKT & CCA CMO, described the campaign as “a brand reinvention born through Saudi culture that sparks curiosity, fuels conversation, and genuinely entertains.” He added, “Those Kentaaky Guys reflect how we are evolving KFC’s voice from food to entertainment, through bold creativity to connect with a new generation of fans in ways that feel authentic, unexpected, and impossible to ignore.”
Love them or still feel mildly confused by them, all the commotion has led to one thing: People are talking about the chicken-head trio. And in the world of viral marketing, that’s kind of the point.
