Inside the capital's newest serviced residence, Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh
The Kingdom’s first Salmani architectural tower has officially opened on King Fahad Road
If you’ve driven down King Fahad Road recently, you’ve probably already spotted this new tower.
Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh, has officially opened its doors, bringing a new residential hospitality experience to one of Riyadh’s busiest stretches.
Operated by Radisson Hotel Group, the property is also billed as the Kingdom’s first Salmani Architectural Tower. Expect Saudi heritage details reimagined through a contemporary lens, from geometric patterns and mashrabiya-inspired touches to design references rooted in traditional Najdi architecture.
But one of the biggest talking points here? The views.
Whether you’re dining on the upper floors, heading to a meeting, or simply relaxing in your penthouse, the property offers sweeping views across Riyadh’s ever-evolving skyline. By night, the city lights do most of the work.
The property features 170 serviced residences, ranging from one-bedroom suites to duplex penthouses and private villas. Some include terraces and private pools, while all residences are designed with spacious living areas, contemporary interiors and fully equipped kitchenettes.
There’s also a 24-hour concierge service, so guests can expect the comfort of home living with hotel-style hospitality.
Location-wise, it’s hard to be more central. The property is within easy reach of hotspots including the King Abdullah Financial District, the Diplomatic Quarter, Boulevard Riyadh City and the King Abdulaziz Historical Centre, making it a convenient base whether you’re visiting Riyadh for business, leisure or an extended stay.
Up on the 17th floor, The Boulevard is designed as a social hub, complete with dining spaces, lounges and panoramic views overlooking Riyadh’s skyline.
Two dining concepts on the 18th floor are also set to open in June. Emily’s Brasserie will serve international and local dishes in a relaxed, all-day setting, while Obi Urban Sushi will focus on contemporary Japanese cuisine.
Another standout feature is the outdoor swimming pool on the second floor. Tucked away above the city, the space has been designed with privacy in mind, so guests can truly switch off without feeling overlooked by surrounding windows or neighbouring towers – a detail residents will definitely appreciate.
Elsewhere, the property features separate wellness facilities for men and women, treatment rooms, a sauna and steam rooms, and a fully equipped gym.
For meetings and private gatherings, the residence also offers three event venues – Al Diriyah, Al Yamama and Najd – each with terrace access and sweeping city views.
As Riyadh continues to expand its hospitality offering, openings like this reflect the city’s growing appetite for design-led stays that combine local character with modern living.
