Riyadh Air might soon be flying to the United States

This is a boarding announcement

Saudi Arabia’s new national carrier, Riyadh Air, began public operations just last week with flights to London, followed by Jeddah and Dubai. Now, a new destination will soon be added to the list. Here’s what we know about the Riyadh Air-US flights.

According to AlArabiya, Riyadh Air won the right to operate flights to and from the United States, the US Transportation Department said in an order Tuesday. USDOT said, “The grant of this authority is consistent with the public interest.”

Riyadh Air 2025 launch details

Riyadh Air told USDOT when it sought approval last month that it intends to serve more than 100 international destinations by 2030 and currently has or is planning partnerships with at least 10 international carriers, including Delta Air Lines.

As of right now, an official launch date for the Riyadh Air-US flights has not been announced, but stay tuned to What’s On Saudi Arabia for the latest.

More about Riyadh Air

Riyadh Air operates on three core principles: delivering the ultimate travel experience to everyone on board, building an all-inclusive community with a shared love of discovery, and operating as sustainably as possible.

Riyadh Air blends advanced technology with warm Saudi hospitality, setting new standards for seamless, guest-centric travel. Every touchpoint is thoughtfully designed, from intuitive digital experiences to attentive service onboard, ensuring the guests feel valued at every stage of their journey.
