Hit the road with a five-day road trip along the coast of the Red Sea
The trip includes accommodation, private tour guide, snorkelling, hiking and so much more…
At a time when international travel to and from Saudi Arabia is off the agenda (due to it currently being prohibited), there’s no better time for the country’s residents to explore the amazing things it has to offer.
One such way you could do just that is by hitting the road. You could book a five-day road trip along the coast of the Red Sea, experiencing the very best of food, heritage, culture, exploring and shopping.
The ‘Red Sea road trip’ is available to book now. It includes accommodation in a 4/5* hotel, a 4×4 private car with an expert driver, tour guide, access tickets, boat, snorkeling equipment and hiking equipment.
If that wasn’t enough, meals, snacks and beverages (local restaurant or HayHome experience with local family) are also included, and you’re covered with first aid and travel gear. It’s great for families or groups of friends looking to explore.
The trip is priced from 4300 SAR per person.
So what’s on the itinerary?
On day one, you will explore the Al Balad district of Jeddah, which is considered one of the most historical. During the day, you’ll visit three Jeddah houses and tuck into a traditional meal from a local restaurant.
Day two will see you visiting Jeddah Waterfront and seeing Jeddah’s Floating Mosque. Shop for trinkets and souvenirs at the Mall of Arabia, followed by a coffee. If you get hungry, shawarmas and falafels are available from local shops.
The third day of the trip is perfect for the whole family. You’ll visit KAEC and play on the award-winning luxury golf course. Also there is a vegetation maze, two kids play zones, game courts and an outdoor exercise area.
On day four, there’s a hiking expedition toward the lava field at Harrat Lunayyir. Day five is all about relaxation, at the Umluj beach, where you can head out on a boat and go snorkelling, or laze on the sand.
