Get ready to check in…
If you’ve been after an exciting escape in the country, a gorgeous new The Ritz-Carlton Al Khobar resort is coming by super soon.
At Cityscape, the world’s most ambitious real estate event happening in Riyadh, The Tourism Development Fund announced that it would be financing and developing The Ritz-Carlton Resort in Al Khobar, alongside the Arsi Beach Real Estate Fund, managed by Bloom Investments Saudi Arabia.
The new property will be developed as the first luxury beach resort in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia overlooking the Arabian Gulf. It will provide luxurious accommodation in the coastal city, complete with 130 hotel rooms and suites, including villas designed to reflect the sophisticated spirit of The Ritz-Carlton and 48 chalets on a total area of 99,917 square metres.
The venue will also have quite a few upscale restaurants, meeting rooms, a spa, and a range of fitness facilities. The resort’s design will pay homage to local architecture, so we’re expecting a ton of gorgeous photo-worthy spots.
