Four hands, two chefs, one unforgettable meal…
There’s a new dining trend on the block, and it’s all thanks to the AlUla Citrus Festival.
This weekend, we’ll see a unique collaboration between French Chef Pascal Barbot from Michelin-starred L’Astrance Restaurant in Paris and Executive Chef Ricardo Lujan from the renowned Banyan Tree AlUla.
If you’re a foodie and have a passion for trying out anything new in the city, then trust us that you’ll be intrigued by what these chefs have to offer.
Banyan Tree AlUla will host an exclusive four-hands dinner on Thursday January 4 at its signature restaurant, Saffron, as part of the launch of the highly anticipated third annual AlUla Citrus Festival 2024.
Happening for one night only, diners will be treated to an exquisite eight-course menu highlighting citrus as the key ingredient, with the aromatic flavours of Thai dishes.
The evening will commence with a cocktail reception set against the stunning backdrop of the resort’s desert landscape. Chef Barbot and Chef Lujan will demonstrate their specialities, creativity and skills to produce the best seasonal and local ingredients to create a delectable blend of flavours for you to try.
The duo focuses on bringing only the best and unique flavours to your table. So, get ready to mark your calendars for this unique dining experience in AlUla.
The AlUla Citrus Festival – part of the Winter at Tantora events – is a celebration that honours the vibrant heritage of citrus in the region, showcasing the intersection of tradition and innovation through a rich tapestry of flavours and cultural experiences.
